Eric

EricNot the most likely Chief Executive in charge of Operations, Eric graduated from Rutgers University with High Honors in both his college and in his second major, Comparative Religion (his first major was English). Eric is still waiting to incorporate his thesis about Scandinavian Religions from 800 to 1250 C.E. into the manufacturing protocols for Oral Fixation Mints.

Eric began as a part-time employee at Oral Fixation, helping to relieve the burden of the owners who were processing the mints themselves in addition to running the sales, marketing, and supply chain of the business in the early months of manufacture. Since joining, Lybeck’s role in Oral Fixation has grown as rapidly as the business itself.

During his tenure Lybeck has consolidated related activities within the supply chain of Oral Fixation, uniting the tableting, packing, inventory, shipping, invoicing, customer and vendor databases, accounting, and overall connection to the innovative sales and marketing strategies of the business. Besides managing the entire Manufacturing side of the business, he is also currently the only employee.

Above all else, Eric feels his intense scholarship, work ethic, and ability to multi-task for long hours, often six or seven days a week : self-imposed in his college years, has provided the means by which the groundwork of Oral Fixation is surely falling into place.
