This week Oral Fix has been coming down off their sugar high from the recent All Candy Expo, in Chicago. The Expo was sponsored by the National Confectioners Association and featured 450 confectionary and snack companies from around the world. A sugar rush filled the room as the Expo attracted nearly 15,000 industry professionals to check out all that was hot, new and creative in the sweets industry. It was the perfect event for people in the candy and snack business to get a glimpse into over 2,000 new snack and confectionary items before they hit store shelves. The fun filled atmosphere of the 2008 All Candy Expo was the most successful, sales-driven show ever and definitely turned out to be a hit!
